By downloading, installing, or using Flicks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flicks for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flicks only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair it

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you create using Flicks. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Since photos are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your own content.

In-App Purchases

Some features may require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Flicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Flicks at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
